At The Noble Inn, we offer a limited calendar of our own events. These include dinners speaker banquets, Christian lifestyle design workshops, and various seminars that address important topics related to the Christian life: family life, Christian household management, home & family business, raining kids to do hard things, and raising up men to serve God as Ambassadors for Christ living in an Embassy of the Kingdom of God.

We meet in this Living Room for prayer, a brief Bible Study and a weekly challenge to take action in some relationship that needs attention.

Bonnie’s breakfasts are great!
There is a group of 8+ men from various churches in the Silverton area who gather here at the Noble Inn every Thursday morning from 5:30 to 7 AM. We pray together. We read a passage from the Bible and then talk about what the author meant when he wrote it. My dear wife, Bonnie, prepares a wonderful hot breakfast for us. Then we challenge one another to do something in the coming week that shows someone in our life that we really do love them. If you are a man, you are welcome to join us for our Men’s Bible Prayer & Study Breakfast.

The Households of Strength Seminar
What is a Household of Strength and why should you want your home to be one?
A Household of Strength can be any home where the goodness & wisdom of God is lived out for the world to see. It is an Embassy of the Kingdom of God, where at least one family member is living as an Ambassador for Christ. Becoming a Household of Strength is a very practical way to bring the Lordship of Jesus Christ into every area of life. And the results are good for everyone.
“Be wise. Understand what the will of the Lord is. Make the most of your time. Husbands, love your wives. Wives, respect your husbands. Children, obey your parents. Fathers, train up your children. Employees, serve your employers faithfully. Employers, be kind and generous to your employees. Everyone, practice hospitality. While you are at it, make it your ambition to lead a quiet life by minding your own business and earning the respect of outsiders.” — The Apostle Paul
Do all these commands fit together into one Way of Life? Yes. With just a few basic lifestyle decisions, made quietly and humbly on the basis of your faith in the competence of Jesus Christ as your King, your household can become part of the glorious display of God’s goodness and wisdom in your unique circumstances. In the Households of Strength Seminar, you will learn what those basic decisions are and how you can make each one work together for the good of all involved.
